Fish curry( chapala pulusu)

Fish-1 lb
Tamarind-1 large lemon sized ball quantity
cocnut powder-3sp
menthi seed's-1/4 sp
gasagasallu(poppy seed's)-1sp
onion-1 large
ginger-garlic paste-4sp
cloves,cinnamon stick,bay leaf- accordginly
Haldi-1/2sp
mirchi pwd-4-5 sp( acc to ur taste)
1st fry cocnut pwd,poppy seed's, menthi seed's in a pan, & later fry onion's & while gridning add tamarind too( grinding tamarind make's work easy), & den grind all these ingerdint's toghter . so this is our gravy part,
so coming to fish, jsut put 2 sp's of oil in a pan,& fry fish for jsut couple of min's ,put haldi too,so dat it's smell would go away, dont fry 100%,jsut flip fish,dat's it. take dem aside.
in d same pan,put 5 sp of oil,den put some more onion's & ginger galic paste & masala item's & fry dem,& slowly add fish's,dont break dem,den let it cook for 10 more min's & cover it with lid,& add salt too,
later once taste d salt & marchi part & add if needed. & if tanginess is less,u can add lemon later too. so on d whole ,fish curry will be prepared in 20min's.
